    Blowing Wind Cave NWR lies just above the Sauty Creek

    embayment of TVA's Guntersville Reservoir, 7 miles west of

    Scottsboro, Alabama.  The refuge consists of upland hardwoods

    and limestone rock out crops.  The cave has a double entrance,

    upper and lower,

    lying directly west of Gulf Shores, Alabama on the Fort Morgan

    peninsula of south Alabama. The refuge was established by
