Progress!  We've found an Internet address for over  95% of al the State and National Parks, and most state forests and wildlife areas,  and we're adding address and contact information daily.  We're working to add  more statue and national Forests, Preserves, and Wildlife Management information (and other federal lands, like BLM and Corps of Engineers)  Details for each park remain in the future.  If you know about a property, we'll consider adding your description of up to 50 words.  We're unable to pay for this, but will gladly give authorship credit. Just drop us an e-mail.  And please, we always want to know if we've provided incorrect information, so let us know.

    Lake Ashtabula offers year-round recreational opportunities in the

    east central region of North Dakota.  It is a very productive fishery

    with abundant populations of popular game fish including walleye,

    Located on the west shore of Beaver Lake, Beaver Lake State

    Park is operated as a seasonal park, with camping, picnicking and

     water-based activities available from mid-May through Labor Day.

    Black Tiger Bay is used exclusively for boat launching and

    provides access to the eastern reaches of Devils Lake, North

    Dakota's largest natural body of water. Amenities are limited to a

    boat ramp, boat trailer parking and vault toilet facilities.

    plains, this 1,740 acre V-shaped lake offers year-round recreational

    Site is one and one-half miles north of Turtle Lake in the center of

    North Dakota.  The lake has 675 surface acres and 10 miles of

    shoreline. Available species include trout, walleye, crappie,   

    bluegill, and small mouth bass.

    Chase Lake National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) is one of the nation's

    oldest Refuges, established in 1908 by President Theodore

    Roosevelt as a reserve and breeding ground for native birds.

    created in 1993 and is a satellite station of the Arrowwood National

     Wildlife Refuge Complex.  The WMD consists of 127 Waterfowl
